カプセル&サウナ日本 -男性専用 men only- har udsigt til byen og ligger i Fukuyama, 8 minutters gang fra Fukuyama Castle Museum. Capsules were on their own separate floor away from the locker room and the bath house, which allowed it to be kept quiet and dark. The locker room was very sizable, plenty of space to keep all your stuff and change. There were bathrooms on every floor (three floors - 5th floor is locker rooms / front desk and some bathrooms, 4th floor is capsules / bathrooms and an area to charge devices and read, 6th floor is the bathhouse (showers, onsen, cold dip, wet sauna, dry sauna) along with an area to hang out to drink water and have beers and watch tv. Men only, going about and relaxing and recovering. Really sets a mood that I do not get to feel often, but it was comfortable and nice. Also, extremely close to the Fukuyama train station for access to both JR and Shinkansen. The staff was always extremely nice, showing me where things were, and answering my questions. They even hung onto my bag during the day after I checked out so that I could ride the Shimanami Kaido without needing to find a place to keep my bags.

Capsule&Spa Grand Sauna Hiroshima (Male Only) har en god beliggenhed i Hiroshima og har aircondition, et fælles opholdsområde, gratis wi-fi og en restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! While the facilities are a bit dated, they're clean and comfortable—especially the spa, which is exceptional for the price. I even forgot my headphones at the hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to find them and send them to me by mail. Absolutely recommended!
