Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

We often stay here because of the Hotel's location near to Glasgow Airport. The Hotel is undergoing a phased renovation - we stayed on Floor 1 which has been redecorated and it was very nice. The room was fresh and clean with simple but tasteful decor. It was suitable for our one night stay en route to the airport for onward travel. The staff we spoke to were efficient and helpful. The shuttle bus to the Airport was also very useful, costs just slightly less than a private taxi at £11.25 per journey.

Everything you expect from an Airport hotel. Even better because you can walk 5 minutes (no shuttle/taxi required). The beds are comfortable, the room very clean and the breakfast is good with buffet self serve options. Would recommend and would stay again if needing an airport location.

The breakfast was delicious - will try black pudding and square sausage next time. The bathroom window could not close but I was able to close the bathroom door which shut out the traffic noise. Dinner was good and the hot chocolate was exceptional. I really appreciated the staff who were all so friendly and happy to help with taxi bookings, directions and introducing me to Scottish square sausage etc. I enjoyed my stay - many thanks.

Close to airport. Clean. Even with 2 bags and 1 cabin bag it was manageable. Housekeeping lady (Debbie?) was delightful
