Clean, comfortable, nicely styled and well equipped. Great to have the cosy open fire. 10 minute walk to Old Town, pubs and beach, 5 minute walk to a large park, 2 minutes to a nice pub at the end of the road. Great communication from owner. Didn’t use the mezzanine snug bedroom but kids would love it.

A fantastic find! We stayed for one night before an early ferry crossing from Dover and we'll certainly stay again. We travelled with 3 young children - the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the kids play area in the pub was perfect after a long drive. About 20 mins to Dover in the morning, so a perfect stopover.

Super comfortable , very well equipped, excellent communication, warm inside and cosy , clean , homelike . Helpful staff , shop had what we needed , local pubs great . Pool was warm and clean , grounds lovely and a sea view .!! What more could you want .

Fantastic quiet location, 3 mins walk from Minnis Bay seafront and just 10-15 mins walk to Birchington town centre. Lovely clean bedroom and ensuite, v comfortable bed. Didn't see landlord/lady but v friendly and attentive cleaning staff. V reasonably priced too, especially considering I was there in peak season. Cannot recommend highly enough A+++
