I guess we loved everything from the location by the lake to the services offered, including a great kids indoor area. The bungalow is amazing, well organized and very welcoming.

Absolutely everything. The hotel is very well located, within minutes walking from everything. The staff was incredibly charming and helpful, always smiling (Silvia, Aurora and others) and trying their best to help. The Owner was present daily and made sure to take time talking to every guest. The room was great, functional and cozy. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was plentiful. Regarding extra activities, my daughter felt incredibly at ease in the Kids Park while we enjoyed some much needed resting time at the Spa. Having shuttles take you back and from the different Ski and Shopping locations was also extremely useful. This is what Italian Hospitality is all about.
