Cabins in Taormina

This is what all travellers wish for - friendly hosts - homely feel - comfortable - easy to communicate - an overall feeling of being welcome. The accommodation was clean and well set out with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The owners have set up such a beautifully relaxing environment - it is easy to see that love what they do. Everything went perfectly. Armando's hospitality is outstanding. The breakfast he prepared for us was perfect and entirely homemade. His advice was very helpful for visiting Etna and Taormina. The house is nice and has a beautiful view, especially at sunrise.

The very reactive, nice, and helping owner !! We would've stayed longer were it not for our very scheduled tour, plus the accomodation was highly suitable for more people than a couple. It was somehow expensive, btw !!

It’s perfect for two people and beautiful view

We originally booked 2 nights, but decided to take an extra night. Villa itself is very authentic, you can feel the history surrounding you. HOST. Best thing is the host - Roberto, who is very genuine, warm, friendly and has good vibe aura. He gave very good recommendations about places to see around, booked a tour for us to Etna and gave best advice where to eat (Aloha Mare - amazing authentic sea food place). Roberto knows many people and can provide discounts for your tours, so don't be afraid to ask him for recommendations! BREAKFAST. We were surprised to receive non traditional breakfast - no scrambled eggs or pies as it is kind of common in Italy. Instead we got two plates of various meat, cheese and sweets. It was amazing to have regional goods and taste journey for breakfast, especially with fresh red orange juice. ROOMS. Though villa has authentic beds, chairs, paintings it has modern necessities as AC, good mattress. Everything was clean and tidy. Old doors do not give good noise cancelations, but replacing them with something new, probably would ruin the authenticity. You may feel as marquize yourself, when you relax in historic room. During our stay we had a small problem with electricity, due to rail works, circuit safety switches kept poping out, but Roberto would efficiently come back to villa in 10min to turn them on. After couple times, I asked whether I could turn them back instead of him going back and forth to villa. He let me in to private quarter and showed me where to turn on the switches. It is just another example of trustworthiness of the host. If we ever return to the east cost of Sicily, we will definitely come back to villa. Grazie mille Roberto, you are a true host! P.S. there are small turtles on the property, take few strawberries from breakfast and feed them, they are very cute!

Only one word to describe this place: magical!! We chose the house to be mid-point between Catania and Taormina to do some exploring along the Ionian Coast. The wood garden house is located behind a grand palazzo, enclosed by historic stone walls, and surrounded by trees, so you are in your own private paradise. Hosts Elena and Maurizzio welcomed us in person and showed us around. They were so kind and helpful. Downstairs is a full kitchen, large pull-out sofa, and full modern bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is large and comfortable with its own modern bathroom. Outside, we parked our car in the driveway all behind automatic metal doors. All secluded, private, and secure. Behind the house is the main thoroughfare of Corso Italia where you find cafes and restaurants. The house is also within blocks of Piazza Francesco d’Assisi where we found a laundry where we washed our clothes. Perfect. Elena and Maurizzio gave us great dinner recommendations: a delicious dinner at a neighborhood trattoria, and the nearby fishing village of Torre Archirafi and a fantastic seafood restaurant. We are so happy to have found Giardino Carya and to have met such wonderful hosts. We will definitely come back soon.

the hospitallity of the owner was very lovely. they made a cake for us and brought us anything we asked for it is very lovely to sit outside and eat breakfast

Amazing stay! The room was new and clean, and having a private pool was wonderful.

The hosts were welcoming and the vineyard has stunning views. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped for our stay with essentials and some extras. The entire place is a tranquil and a nice relaxing get away from the day to day.
