The location was great. It's very close to Volcanoes National Park as well as a fairly easy drive from Hilo and Kona. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful and more than we could eat. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Carlos and John were great! They booked a Hula dance instructor (Kumu Male) for our family to have a private lesson. This cultural experience greatly exceeded our expectations. Our daughters absolutely loved it. If you are looking for a great place to stay near Volcano don't look any farther.

It is a beautiful setting making it very relaxing. Loved listening to the rain and frogs during the night. The room had everything we needed and more. Will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone traveling to the volcano.

We liked that it was close to the national park and it was a quiet neighborhood. We were surprised by all the breakfast materials that were provided: milk, eggs, bread, homemade jam, and lots of fruit. Jim and Barry have thought of everything that you could want.
