The owner Rainer was super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities. He also gave advise on which streets to take and which not. His wife made amazing breakfast, serving not only home made jam but also home made bread and brezels. Our favorite was sitting at the fireplace in our own chalet in the evening. The cabin is very clean, spacious, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the bed is very large. The fireplace adds to the perfect atmosphere and the cabin is next to a fish pond. host answered every question patiently and was friendly and caring. There is a nice walking trail in the forest. The cabin with a fireplace is perfect for the cold weather. Breakfast was great with variety of meats and cheese and the most delicious homemade bread. We liked the German style breakfast, very quiet nights, and the atmosphere of the wooden cabins. What other establishment can learn from this, is the abundance of SA “two point” (European style plugs) which most SA cell phone and camera chargers require.
