Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious apartment a short walking distance to downtown and the slopes. We travel full time and it is one of the nicest and most comfortable places we have stayed. Free parking was a nice bonus. We would highly recommend.

Providing mountain views, Kitzbühel Residences is located in Kitzbühel and provides a wellness area with a sauna and a hammam. The breakfast was incredible and dining in the restaurant for dinner was excellent. The food and culinary experience was wonderful. We loved our evening Sauna, Steam and relaxation lounge in the spa. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for a couple plus 1 guest that slept on the comfortable fold-out couch. We very much appreciated having 1-1/2 baths in our suite to make our guest feel more comfortable. The location was just a 5 minute drive to the Fleckalmbahn gondola and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Situated in Reith bei Kitzbühel and only 4.4 km from Golfclub Kitzbühel Schwarzsee, CHALET KITZBICHL by Alpin Charme Apartments features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private... Our stay in this chalet exceeded all expectations. Everything was modernly furnished with top-of-the-line kitchen equipment, and there were tea and coffee available in the apartment. The bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hostess was incredibly hospitable and friendly. The chalet was also very, very clean. The location is perfect as it’s a bit secluded, yet only a ten-minute drive to the center and the ski resort. I’m definitely planning to return in the future.
