Offering scenic views of the garden, Tiny Escapes Cradle Valley is set in Moina, 28 km from Dove Lake There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. The definition of serenity. A little house surrounded by a beautiful natural garden of trees and ferns. I never saw another person, car or any sign of human life, other than by little house.

Situated in Strahan, Strahan Wilderness Lodge features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes, a garden and a shared lounge. Strahan Wilderness Lodge was easy to get to if you have a vehicle. The shared dining room area and kitchen has a lovely view of the water and Strahan across the bay. The Wilderness Lodge was clean and furnished well. it ws a quiet and comfortable place to stay. The couple running it are friendly and helpful.

Boasting garden views, Domescapes in the Vines features accommodation with patio, around 35 km from Queen Victoria Museum. Was a lovely stay overlooking the vineyard, magical show of stars at night, beautiful spot to sip a tea and watch the pademelons hop by. Really nice experience.

Set within 200 metres of Dunalley Beach and 37 km of Port Arthur, Flotsam Seaside Studio Dunalley offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Dunalley. The accommodation was beautiful.

Set 2.4 km from Penguin Beach, Sunny Gum offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. Location was excellent. Nice warm accomodation. Family friendly. Great barbecue area. Excellent parking. Sheep and goats to watch. Great outdoor area.

Situated in Forcett and only 32 km from Theatre Royal, Harrison Grove features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Ruth had thought of everything we could possibly need. So many choices of coffee bags and teas, chai, cappuccino.. cereals, pancakes, Nutella, honey and fruit etc etc. we were so impressed by the internal decor and the gardens. There was so much attention to detail.

Located in Liawenee in the Tasmania region, Thousand Lakes Lodge provides accommodation with free private parking. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Absolutely loved the location/remoteness. The lodge was spectacular as was the food. Beck was a fabulous host and made sure we saw the Big4 of the local wildlife…. Spotted Quolls, Wombats, Wallabies and the Tassie Devils - all in close proximity to the lodge.

Just a minutes’ walk from a beautiful white sand beach, Adventure Bay Retreat Bruny Island offers luxury accommodation. Set on 33 acres of native bush land, guests can enjoy hiking. This place is DREAMY! We had an amazing time in Bruny Island; gorgeous beaches and so many amazing walks around the place. You definitely need a car, and I would consider buying groceries before heading over as the shop is a tad expensive. The retreat is stunning and has literally everything you need. 10/10. Def recommend!
