Cradle Mountain Highlanders offers secluded cabins on the edge of Cradle Mountain National Park. It provides convenient, self-catering facilities and is a 5-minute drive from the park’s entrance. This is a very sweet cabin nestled in the forest with amazing animals all around. We were visited by pademelons and black currawongs every morning. Very comfortable beds, very clean, warm and comfortable, reception staff welcoming and helpful and attentive, super close to transport bus to park and information centre, so relaxing and cozy. We loved it!

Offering scenic views of the garden, Tiny Escapes Cradle Valley is set in Moina, 28 km from Dove Lake There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. Private. Cosy and quiet. The outdoor fire place was great even with setting to boil the iron kettle over the fire.

Situated in Strahan, Strahan Wilderness Lodge features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes, a garden and a shared lounge. Excellent location, Amenities as advertised. Excellent views of the harbour from the property. Very friendly and helpful staff

Boasting garden views, Domescapes in the Vines features accommodation with patio, around 35 km from Queen Victoria Museum. Had such a lovely stay at Domescapes. The place is very beautiful and peaceful. The welcome and wine tasting was really excellent. All together a highlight of our fabulous trip to Tasmania.

Set 2.4 km from Penguin Beach, Sunny Gum offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. The cabin was so comfortable Lots of wildlife to watch out the window Bed very comfy Steve was very friendly & helpful

Situated in Forcett and only 32 km from Theatre Royal, Harrison Grove features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Wonderful place to stay, has everything you may need and might not have thought of. Beds exceptionally good, rooms spacious and impeccably clean. Travelling a lot this is one of the best places we've stayed at in terms of what's provided and cleanliness. Only stayed one night, next time would stay longer.

Located in Liawenee in the Tasmania region, Thousand Lakes Lodge provides accommodation with free private parking. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Absolutely loved the location/remoteness. The lodge was spectacular as was the food. Beck was a fabulous host and made sure we saw the Big4 of the local wildlife…. Spotted Quolls, Wombats, Wallabies and the Tassie Devils - all in close proximity to the lodge.

Just a minutes’ walk from a beautiful white sand beach, Adventure Bay Retreat Bruny Island offers luxury accommodation. Set on 33 acres of native bush land, guests can enjoy hiking. This place is DREAMY! We had an amazing time in Bruny Island; gorgeous beaches and so many amazing walks around the place. You definitely need a car, and I would consider buying groceries before heading over as the shop is a tad expensive. The retreat is stunning and has literally everything you need. 10/10. Def recommend!
