From the moment you walk in everything is clean & well organised. We had towels and gowns waiting for all guests and half way through our stay towels were changed for new ones. Bedrooms were a good size and bathrooms extremely clean and new. There was an issue with the hot tub and the staff were extremely helpful & officiant. They had it fixed immediately and even left us wine for the ‘inconvenience’ which was extremely kind. When I messaged about queries I always received a quick response.

Huge living room with plenty space for our large group. Lovely beds and large bedrooms with on suites. Well decorated to a high standard with cosy lodge vibes. Great living room with some games provided and a huge TV. Large hot tub and a sauna that were easy enough to use are a hit with our group. We felt it was amazing value for money and would definitely stay here again if we come back.

A really nice apartment with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The kitchen box was well equipped and perfect for a short stay. Totally recommend it!

And very comfortable. The garden is amazing. The dog is lovely. The facilities are great! We really enjoyed the fireplace in the garden. It's the first house in the village and so quiet and peaceful.

Good location with enough space for 4–6 people. Not far from the ski lifts (7 minutes walk to Yastrebets Gondola and around 13 minutes walk to Martinovi Baraki, even when carrying ski or snowboard equipment) and good restaurants. The sauna works very well, especially after a full day of snowboarding. The property management company representatives are nice and friendly, check the chalet every day around 12.00, and empty the trash bins. Bedding and towels were changed as expected. Unfortunately, there is no dedicated storage space for ski/snowboard equipment, but it is possible to keep it on the balcony. If you need a dryer for ski/snowboard boots, you can rent one at equipment rental desks near the slopes for an additional fee, often together with equipment storage. A small tip about transfers to and from Sofia Airport: you can use a taxi from an official app in Sofia — I used “Yellow Taxi,” which cost around €60 from the airport to Borovets. For the return trip, you can ask taxi drivers near the Yastrebets Gondola or check with staff at any restaurant for a similar price.
