The property is located absolutely great - a lot of restaurants around, a lot of pubs, supermarkets, and other hotels. There is even a pharmacy that is open 7/7 days. The property itself is very clean - you can see that it is newly renovated - with comfortable furniture, smart lightning exactly where it is needed - and a very nice washer+dryer. There is also a balcony and a very big smart TV where you can easily connect to your Netflix account and watch a movie on a lazy evening. The bed is very comfortable - did not have trouble sleeping at all - and there are heaters in both the rooms and a small one in the bathroom as well for the towels. The heaters are easy to use and you can control the temperature without much trouble. Now about our favorite part - our host Vladimir. We have never had such an attentive, friendly and supportive host before. Despite providing us with all the needed information to have a good time on the slopes, Vladimir also picked us up from the Sofia airport (3.5 hours away by car without traffic), and on our last day even took us back at 3AM so that we made our flight. This, of course, was discussed and settled before our arrival for a set and very generous price from Vladimir. On the way from Sofia to Pamporovo we even stopped to eat at a nice place on the highway, and also he took us to a store to buy groceries and drinks for the week. These are only SOME of the highlights - there are many more - such as friendly Bulgarian people that work in the stores around the accommodation, and the complementary red wine, sweets, and beautiful flowers that Vladimir prepared for us prior to our arrival. Overall - the stay was a 10/10 and we will definitely be back next year when we go skiing again. Thank you deeply for this experience!

All rooms are equipped with proper heating including bathrooms. A nice fireplace is available. Having three toilets and two bathrooms is very nice. Rooms are spacious, beds are good.

We had a wonderful stay at this chalet! The place is very comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location is great, not too far from the funicular, making it easy to access the slopes. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with a lot of useful information, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The chalet had plenty of space for our whole family, and we felt right at home. It was a pleasure to stay here, and we would be happy to book again next year!
