I liked everything about this property tbh. Everything was inch perfect. First of all, the communication was super and was available all the time via text. The Check in and out was so smooth as it was Auto and key was placed in designed place. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and every kind of facilities were available as described. I cant think of any negative experience.

Excellent location, within 50 min from Lucerne. Allowed us to explore many key destinations: Lucerne, Grindelwald, Interlaken, Mt. Rigi etc.

Beautiful authentic castle rooms offer you fantastic views of the lake and the Inner Swiss mountains. All Junior Suites have a private indoor pool.

Very comfortable room with a really nice view of Lake Lucerne with mountains in the background. Mt. Rigi is just across the lake and there is an unobstructed view of the summit. I don't know the age of the hotel but has the appearance of being old, yet has modern facilities. Breakfast was nice and included hot items. There is a small well-stocked grocery within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was geared towards the residents but still had a nice selection of snacks and drinks.

Located in Merlischachen on Lake Lucerne, the Chalet-Hotel Lodge offers comfortable rooms with free WiFi access.

Our original booked room at the Chalet building had some problem. The mattress was broken. Even it was almost midnight, the staff quickly fixed the problem and kindly gave us the upgrade to a much better room at the Schloss Building. The new room is so spacious and beautiful.

Very nice location: a quiet village with many hiking trails and a couple of cable cars operating in the summer. To reach this place, you’ll drive along the Panorama Road, offering stunning views. The chalet’s interior design is impressive, with almost everything made of wood. The terrace and windows provide beautiful views of the mountains. I couldn’t imagine a better stay in the mountains, and the owners did everything to make our stay perfect.

Little studio big enough for 2. Fabulous view that I'll never forget. Quite and calm place with only cow bells that you can hear. There are few walking paths and a walking path to mountain Pilatus. The place is really nice and comfortable, cosy.
