The location is quite remote, so it's very quiet, the only thing you hear are birds! And yes, it's an absolute paradise for birdwatching! The owner is really lovely and she takes great care of her guests. The breakfast is delicious, you can also buy dinner, and they sell water, sodas, beer and some snacks. My room was a really cute and beautifully decorated cabin with my own patio (with table and chairs). The wifi works surprisingly really well, plus, Claro has a signal there. You can easily walk to the red desert trail. Can recommend for 100%!!!
