The cabana on his property is entirely built from recycled materials and has a lot of character. He was extremely attentive, responsive, and friendly, and we joined his family for some Christmas celebrations down the hill. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed watching birds while eating breakfast on the balcony each morning (Andean Motmots, Tropical Screech Owls, and countless species of tanagers). Easy access to Otun Quimbaya. Others have noted that there was no hot water, but the shower works fine, it just requires a little finesse.

The grotto is an experience not to be missed set in a beautiful area of countryside. The host was one of the most attentive hosts I've met, making my stay something to remember. If your going to Pereira I recommend you stay here I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

We stayed for 2 nights at the lovely Hacienda de Santa Rosanne. It was truly amazing, it felt like coming home or like visiting family. The delicious food, the hospitality, the organic way of farming coffee. An amazing view over the valley and her mountains, clean and comfortable rooms. Luca and Alejandra are a heartwarming couple running the accomodation, following their dream, passion and love for providing a warm experience. They gave us more than we could ask for and will definitely come back if we have the chance!
