Location : I choosed Smithsonian room and there is a Arenal volcano view at my balcony which inspired me. I like hundred of birds feeding every morning at the restaurant for breakfast. And I like hiking trail too. Free trail offer at 8.00,10.00 and 14.00 pm. Next time I and my husband will stay here more than 1 nights for sure because there are a lot of activities here and front desk is very nice to service.

Flora Glamping de Abuela has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Fortuna, 1.1 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. We love this little glamping spot!! Away from the city lights and noises. The staff is amazing!! Very friendly and welcoming! We even got to go to the barn and milk a cow! Having a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances you could possibly need is a bonus

Boasting inner courtyard views, Yarumo Lodge, Río Celeste Black Chalets provides accommodation with patio, around 16 km from Rio Celeste Waterfall. We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed—pan, pot, sharp knives (and a sharpener!), microwave, and even a washing machine with space to hang clothes outside. The hosts were super attentive, took out the trash, and even offered to clean during our stay. We also got a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The setup is perfect for four people, with two beds, two sofas, two TVs, and outdoor seating with a table, benches, and an umbrella. Parking on-site was a plus.

Cecropia Ecolodge exceeded our expectations. It isn't just a place to sleep, it's a place to explore, to learn (not only about yourself but about the natural world around you), it's a place to truly channel that pura vida energy, and all of this was possible for us because of the owner, Jay. He's an incredible host and always doing the most! If you have the opportunity to stay here, please take part in the night tour - it was truly one of the many highlights of our trip; we learned so much about the jungle and it's hidden wonders! Breakfast was always so delicious and they were incredibly accommodating to my partner's celiac disease and provided gluten free alternatives. Overall, we had an incredible time here, what a special place. We will never forget it!

Situated in Boca Tapada, Boca Tapada Lodge features accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a terrace and river views. Amazingly beautiful lodge - an architectural gem. The rooms are spacious, super comfortable, with wonderful design elements. The outdoor shower is heavenly. The staff was super nice and the owner Alfonso went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - he even drove us to town to show us around. This was by far our favorite place in Costa Rica and we wish we had stayed there longer.

Finca Amistad Cacao Lodge offers 60 hectares of Cocoa farm and guests can enjoy tours, chocolate and bird watching. The accommodation features a seating area. Staff were all friendly and informative. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Chocolate tour and making chocolate was a highlight for sure. All food in the restaurant was delicious.

Rincon Verde has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Bijagua, 49 km from Venado Caves. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Rincón Verde was possibly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed in. The gardens that surround the cabins are beautiful and full of birds. Everyday you are woken by the song of dozens of birds and you fall asleep to the calls of the frogs. It’s a little bit of paradise. The hosts, Victor and Lizabet are wonderfully welcoming and the breakfasts are delicious. The cabins are quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean.
