The host Magdalene was so warm and welcoming, she really made my stay. I loved the garden and views of the mountains. my room and shared living-area had a cosy bavarian feel. breakfast was nice with bread, jam, meats, cheese, yogurt and teas available. Its a 15 minute walk to Grainau village and the walk is really pretty.

El apartamento, un sueño, nunca nos habíamos hospedado en un lugar tan bonito, parecía salido de un cuento de hadas. La zona fantástica, hemos descubierto los alrededores de Lenggries, y nos hemos quedado enamorados de la naturaleza que lo rodea. Sin duda repetiría nuestra estancia una y mil veces.

We absolutely loved this apartment. Everything was perfect. The design, the cleanliness, the comfort — all top-notch. Just 5–6 minutes walking to the city center. Surrounded by great restaurants, markets, and even a halal supermarket. The private sauna was a highlight, especially with the beautiful aroma gift box. Every small detail was considered. The kitchen was fully equipped — even with herbs! A special thanks to **Ibrahim**. From the moment we booked, he was helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring. One night we had an issue with the electricity, and within 10 minutes, he was at our door. Amazing service. Thank you **Ibrahim** and **Livalpin** for an exceptional stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice shared amenities on the property - great BBQ grille area, lounge patio to enjoy the views. quality attention to detail - a new build house so everything clean and crisp. Really appreciated the exterior electric blinds to black out the windows. We drove here straight from an overnight flight into Munich which was convenient off the expressway. A little grocery right there to get supplies. Attentive hosts live on site.
