Offering a garden and quiet street view, Chalet Sanset is set in Gèdre, 44 km from Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary and 36 km from Pic du Midi. Only stayed for one night, but it was an excellent stay. The chalet(as you can see in the photos, the cute mountain hut-style cottage) and facilities are new and well appointed. The environment is good, there are sheep nearby, and it is possible to see the mountains from the room and the town from the upper road. As I knew from the beginning, breakfast is not included (no optional service), so we bought bread and ham and salad at a convenience store in town before my visit, and cooked it in the kitchen next morning.
