Houses were situated in very nice garden, a lot of green and flowers everywhere around. It was like a mini farm with sheeps, cow, pig, hens and dogs with small baby dogs. Ideal for children. There was also nice wooden kitchen and place for eating. Everything was very comfortable in natural style.

Tetnuldi River Chalet ligger ca. 14 minutters gang fra Mikhail Khergiani House Museum og har grillfaciliteter, balkon og bjergudsigt. Superb, superb, superb !! Book this wonderful cottage, blindfolded ! The host has provided everything one would want in a house and everything is brand new. Sweet gentleman who speaks broken English, but manages to get the message across. We dealt with him and his son, Beker, who can communicate a little better, to give you more information for the area. The location is fantastic, even if you're without a car, one just climbs a few steps on the hillside to get into the town. There was parking on the property for our car.

Of all the cottages we stayed in, this was the most spacious — featuring a large living area and roomy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to five people. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive to any request. The cottage is brand new and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

It was quiet and beautiful. The owner is extremely nice and helped us with everything. The breakfast was perfect and a lot.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality by the hosts. They made us feel right at home and even surprised us with a bottle of their delicious homemade wine – such a thoughtful and personal touch! The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. It was easy to find and had convenient parking right on-site, which made everything stress-free from the start. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough appliances and utensils – easily enough for 8 people, though we were only 5. It was perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. The surroundings were breathtaking, with beautiful scenery all around – a true escape into nature. We especially loved sitting outside and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. One small issue we noticed was that the shower head wasn’t working upon arrival, but as soon as we mentioned it, the hosts immediately took care of it. By the second day, it was already fixed – fast, efficient, and much appreciated. Overall, we were extremely pleased with everything. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, great amenities, and such kind and attentive hosts made this one of our favorite stays ever. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

Fresh new chalet with great views, washing machine, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, terrace, and a very cosy and big sofa. Very nice shower, big enough, and a comfy house. !!Pay attention: the direction via the booking app will bring you to another chalet!! You'd better write "Rosa's guesthouse", but don't literally follow the directions- both Waze and Google maps will take you to the upper road- which is super narrow and steep. Better talk to Rosa, the owner, and she will direct you to a better road which is not found on any map, from the main Mestia's road. It's super easy to get to the chalet actually.

Lela's Cottage ligger ca. 12 km fra Mikhail Khergiani House Museum og har en terrasse, balkon og udsigt til en have. Beautiful, newly built cottage with the most lovely and welcoming host! Our balcony had lovely views of the mountain, it is situated in the centre of Mestia so easy access to everything, and it was easy to find a carpark just outside.also it was absolutely clean and comportable. Thanks for having us stay and if you are considering booking a place here - book this cottage!
