We can say that it is worth coming to Mestia and staying here! The view in front of the chalet is superb! River, mountain, blue sky, and bridge are just one step out of the living room. Rooms are clean and comfy. The owner and father are helpful and kind. Thank you so much for helping us during the stay. Town can be reach by the stairs next to the chalet. It is very convenient. It is quite muddy on the road, which entries the chalet. If comes here by 4WD, there will be no problem.

The cottage is ideally situated just outside Martvili Canyon, allowing you to arrive early and enjoy the area before the crowds. Of all the cottages we stayed in, this was the most spacious — featuring a large living area and roomy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to five people. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive to any request. The cottage is brand new and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Very nice shower, big enough, and a comfy house. !!Pay attention: the direction via the booking app will bring you to another chalet!! You'd better write "Rosa's guesthouse", but don't literally follow the directions- both Waze and Google maps will take you to the upper road- which is super narrow and steep. Better talk to Rosa, the owner, and she will direct you to a better road which is not found on any map, from the main Mestia's road. It's super easy to get to the chalet actually.

Our balcony had lovely views of the mountain, it is situated in the centre of Mestia so easy access to everything, and it was easy to find a carpark just outside.also it was absolutely clean and comportable.
