This is a very cool place for those who would like a soulful place without pathos. Here is very homey and cozy, as if you came to visit your beloved granny. This simplicity is enticing, it's a pity that we were there only one night. The hosts are very nice people! Breakfast is good, but I wouldn't say it's something wow. I think, sometimes, we will definitely come back here for a couple of days!

Fantastic new luxury cabin, simply wonderful, with top-notch hot water and heating, an exceptional location, a hydromassage tub and a bathroom with a top-notch shower! Book this wonderful cottage, blindfolded ! The host has provided everything one would want in a house and everything is brand new. Sweet gentleman who speaks broken English, but manages to get the message across. We dealt with him and his son, Beker, who can communicate a little better, to give you more information for the area. The location is fantastic, even if you're without a car, one just climbs a few steps on the hillside to get into the town. There was parking on the property for our car.

The cottage is ideally situated just outside Martvili Canyon, allowing you to arrive early and enjoy the area before the crowds. Of all the cottages we stayed in, this was the most spacious — featuring a large living area and roomy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to five people. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive to any request. The cottage is brand new and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

It was next to the river. It was quiet and beautiful. The owner is extremely nice and helped us with everything. The breakfast was perfect and a lot.

Our hosts were an adorable family who kindly allowed early check-in and waited for us at the chalet. Check-in was quick and easy. The chalet was very clean, with comfortable beds, a small but nice shower room, and a well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed: sofa, chairs, table, television, all in good condition. Outside, we enjoyed a hammock, chairs, flowers, apple and grape trees, and even a fire pit (which we didn’t expect). The family kindly offered to light a fire for us, cut extra wood, and even brought us a carafe of red wine. They let us pick a few apples too. The family was so generous and welcoming that we felt truly at home. It was the best stay of our trip, and we highly recommend this place. We would come back anytime.

It's very quiet and private, but still within walking distance of the center, very clean, and the hosts are very friendly and pleasant

Beautiful, newly built cottage with the most lovely and welcoming host! Our balcony had lovely views of the mountain, it is situated in the centre of Mestia so easy access to everything, and it was easy to find a carpark just outside.also it was absolutely clean and comportable. Thanks for having us stay and if you are considering booking a place here - book this cottage!
