The staff is amazing! They really pay good attention to your needs and are fantastic people. We unfortunately had an accident here in Bali resulting in hospitalization for my wife. The owner and the staff visited us at the hospital, brought gifts and flowers, offered us support all through our stay at the hospital, organized us good care and transport to the hospital. Sacred Valley has a special place in our hearts and we are very happy we had the chance to meet these wonderful people in paradise.
