This property is owned by local villagers and they are very kind and accomodating. The room is a simple joglo style cabin with balcony . The air conditioner works well, as does the hot water in the shower. The included breakfast of nasi goring was delivered to our room. The staff gave us a 10 minute scooter ride lift to Borobudur for $1 each. We ordered a simple dinner the evening before so our stay was easy and relaxing!

My stay 2 night at Glamping Villa Mangli has been the warmest and most precious memory of my trip to Indonesia. I sincerely appreciate Feby and her whole family for treating me like family, making me feel safe and cared for as a solo traveler. Feby thoughtfully planned a motorbike tour for me to Vegetable Land, Rainbow Hill and the sunrise mountain top, and even accompanied me personally. She showed me stunning mountain scenery and breathtaking sunrise views along the way. On my departure day, Feby, her husband, children and staff sent me all the way to Yogyakarta Train Station. We chatted and laughed happily on the trip. She also kindly asked her husband to buy local fresh durian for me. Their sincere and genuine kindness touched my heart deeply 💖 The villa has a cozy and comfortable environment, and the hosts are warm‑hearted and thoughtful with great attention to every detail. I highly recommend this wonderful place to all travelers visiting around Yogyakarta. I believe everyone will have an unforgettable and lovely stay here. 1. Very close to the waterfall, a five minute walk. We walked directly from the hotel to the waterfall hike and ended up walking back. 2. The service was excellent！😊 we stayed here for one night and left our headphones and glasses behind. We contacted the staff the next day. They not only found our lost items, but also helped us send a courier to the follow-up hotel. The courier was successfully delivered to the hotel in Bali 3 days later. I am really happy to be able to recover my lost belongings so smoothly when traveling abroad. Kudos to the staff!

We stayed here 3 nights and we absolutely loved it, the scenery was just so beautiful and the cabin itself was lovely. We really enjoyed sitting outside and having a coffee, you can literally see Ijen and we enjoyed the view. Very modern cabins with kettles, tea, etc and a good clean shower and bathroom. The staff were friendly and came round everyday to change towels, make beds etc. My children LOVED controlling the nature sounds and lights from the app and changing the glass to frosted etc (easily pleased! Ha!). It’s literally a 5 minutes walk to where all the hikers begin their Ijen hike. After we had done ours, we were super glad to be able to just go back to our cabin and chill and grateful for it being so close. They have somewhere to buy food. You can get hot meals and breakfast as well as drinks and snacks but it is a little pricey. We mostly walked the 5 minutes to the restaurants/ food places just up the road. For a small cost they will come and light your fire pit for the cold evenings (it does get cold!!) and they sell marshmallows.
