The staff helped us and provided us with all the information about the trekking. Hotel rooms are cute with a beautiful view from the balcony. Joni, Pajar and Arip made our journey to jungle a really wonderful experience.

On The Rocks Bungalows, Restaurant and Jungle Trekking Tours - From May to September only stay here if you are booking jungle treks with us - feel free to contact us about our Jungle Trekking services... We were treated like family at on the rocks, wawan and his team were so helpful and friendly that we instantly felt at home. I cannot recommend staying here enough. We did multiple treks with Wong and he was wonderful, so much information to share but also never even felt like he was a guide. Treks can be suited for your fitness level but you are almost guaranteed to see orangutans no matter where you go. The restaurant was also delicious.

Ecolodge Bukit Lawang está en Bukit Lawang y dispone de wifi gratis, jardín, terraza y restaurante. The accommodation is set in the forest across the rope bridge close to a transport hub and local shops, cafes where u can buy snack and drinks were u are supporting the local community. The room was clean and well presented the shower had tepid water which is exactly what is required. Mosquito net proved over the bed. The restaurant venue is hi completely constructed with bamboo it is open and airy with a lovely view of the river it also has a great food menu and bar with good service, the Wi-Fi in this area is very good, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms which we enjoyed :-) Breakfast was nice and plenty of coffee. It’s only a 20m walk down to the river for a lovely swim. We did a single day’s trek in to jungle booked through the hotel after arrival. We walking from the lodge, we saw 5 Orangutans and the Alpha Male plus another 3 different type’s of monkeys all this was in the first few hours, the lunch was nice fruit and rice our guide was Aldo who was young but very professional ( highly recommend) he was smartly dressed fully equipped with a first aid kit ( leeches) and also spoke English it was a pleasure to be in his company. We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights thanks to all the staff We were also there over the weekend no karaoke from across the river

Brown Bamboo Guest house & jungle trekking orang-utan está en Bukit Lawang y tiene vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Es un hotel que está muy bien de precio, bien centrado, cerca de la entrada del parque y a pocos minutos del pueblo. La cama es amplia y la habitación igual para dejar todo el equipaje. Hay una lavandería económica al lado del hotel. La comida está muy buena y muy bien de precio. El personal es súper simpático. No hay agua caliente pero con el calor que hace en esta latitud pues no la necesitas. Como extra hay que pagar por el aire acondicionado unos 3 euros pero es opcional.
