Hos Orangutan Bungalow i Bukit Lawang er der bjergudsigt, gratis cykler, en have, en terrasse, en restaurant og grillfaciliteter. Der er gratis wi-fi. Det ligger lige op til nationalparken, og vi så flere orangutanger fra vores bungalow. Vild oplevelse! De arrangerede en super tur i regnskoven for os - 2 dage og en nat - med helt overdådig mad og masser af vilde dyr. Der er en restaurant på stedet, der serverer super fin mad. Alt i alt havde vi alt hvad vi behøvede :-)

Green Travelodge Bukit Lawang ligger i Bukit Lawang og tilbyder indkvartering med opholdsområde. Gratis wi-fi er tilgængeligt, og der er privat parkering mod et ekstra gebyr. It is such a lovely place , so close to the river , with a nice restaurant in the front , and close to everything. We spend perfect 3 days there , visiting both the orang utangs & the batcave (highly recommend !!!) Also the room was super clean , comfy bed , aircon worked . Nothing to complain ! Thanks again!

We stayed at Garden Inn for four nights, and they were unforgettable. The room was beautiful, designed in a natural style—a combination of stone and wood, which is exactly what it should be since we were in the jungle. It had a very lovely and cozy atmosphere, complete with a terrace. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was no hot water in the bathroom, but we came to the jungle—why would there be? Every evening, we had visitors—macaque monkeys who entertained us. On two nights, they used our terrace as their bedroom. They weren’t aggressive; on the contrary, our terrace became their playground, especially for the teenage monkeys. It was an amazing experience. We highly recommend it—if you want to be close to nature, Garden Inn is the perfect choice. The guys at the reception are absolute gems. They were always there to help and answer any questions or concerns. Big kudos to them—nothing could surprise or confuse them.

The lodge was in a beautiful secluded setting with gorgeous views. I also booked jungle and orangutan trekking with them which was brilliant. The whole team (but particularly Yusup and Geng) made me feel very welcome, went above and beyond for me to get the most out of my experience and tailored the trek to my preferences. Thoroughly recommend 👍🏽

Great staff, all inquiries solved, felt like home. Family atmosphere, great food and view. You need to be quite fit to get there though :)

Livio Homestay ligger i Andalas, 50 km fra Istana Bung Hatta. Her er en terrasse, gratis wi-fi og roomservice. Dette overnatningssted har bjergudsigt og en balkon. Lodgen har håndklæder og sengetøj. The homestay currently consists of three one-room cabins and a small house w/ a compact kitchen. It’s located in a quiet area away from the busy main road. The owner is a very kind elementary school teacher who lives near the homestay with his family. I stayed in one of the cabins and enjoyed the cleanliness, the hot water in the shower, the excellent WiFi, the exceptional view from the back porch, and the incredible hospitality of the whole family.

UKCC Hotel ligger i Kota Bawah Timur, Pulau Weh og har en balkon samt havudsigt. Overnatningsstedet ligger mindre end 1 km fra Sumur Tiga Strand og har en have samt gratis privat parkering. The staff are so friendly and kind and made me feel at home and part of their family. I will never forget them. The rooms are spacious and the views are stunning. It is possible to swim and snorkel from the small beach.

It’s possible to buy coffee and small goods at the hostel. The owner is very kind. Bed is big and comfortable. Fan is enough to keep the room cool with open windows.
