It is a unique place full of charm and tranquility. We spent a week there, relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautifully located in the Northern Apennines with good access. The place is just what I needed. Very clean room, nicely furnished, warm, cosy, very clean. Breakfast was great, and the host was very nice and friendly. The location was fine for me - near the sci school lift, near cafes and restaurants.

Exceptional value for money. This apartment is relatively basic but it very clean and has everything you need. We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) Peaceful & quiet village about 10 minutes drive to Abetone. We found everyone very friendly and kind.

being charged 25% extra for bedding was not appreciated. this although in the T&Cs did not show itself or be upfront when booking to go to an apartment without bedding included feels a cheap shot. Sorry but you need t be up front here. getting someone knock on your door forthe cash in the evening wasnt much appreciated
