This property deserves more than 10 points. We stayed for 3 nights as two adults and two children (ages 11 and 16). Everything was perfect. The rooms, bathroom, and toilet—everything was new and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had more than we needed. Having two bathrooms was fantastic. Just turn off the street and you're on the main road. Bus stops, markets, restaurants, and Lidl are all very close by. We parked the car in front of the complex. We toured all of Rome by public transportation. It was our first time in Rome, and the host was very helpful about this. He has also prepared a digital guide to introduce Rome to tourists. I printed it out before arriving. Thank you for the little keychain gift and for everything. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who will be visiting Rome. Thank you again for everything.

The Villa Bovari is an exceptional place to stay. For those who wish to immerse themselves in nature and history, it is absolutely recommended. The rooms are well-equipped, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed linen and towels are made of premium-quality materials. Communication and access to the property are simple and smooth. The estate covers approximately 2 hectares and features an English garden style with a touch of Mediterranean atmosphere. The famous Via Appia Antica and the ancient catacombs are only about a 20-minute walk away. The heart and soul of the villa is Simonetta, who is dedicated, kind, and always attentive to the needs of her guests. She even drove us into the city twice so we wouldn’t have to deal with the Easter holiday chaos of public transportation. I have never experienced such hospitality anywhere before. Highly recommended! Once again, we would like to express our sincere gratitude, dear Simonetta!
