Great apartment, fully equipped and amazing terase with a view from the lake. Personal also very helpful and responsive. We needed vine opener and they brought it in half an hour.

Amazing room with outstanding mountain views, a balcony and a huge terrace with a private jacuzzi. Nice shower and bed. Hot outdoor pool and indoor sauna. Friendly staff, the manager even drove us to the cable car station upon our departure (even though it’s just a few minutes walk) and gave us a public transport card including the cable car rides to and from Bolzano

Everything was excellent. The staff is wonderful, kind, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank the lady who takes care of cleanliness, the accommodation itself, and the room arrangement — she does a fantastic job, and for the second year in a row everything has been impeccable.
