Excellent location, very close to the shuttle bus for the beaches and the restaurants and shops area.

The small cabins are simply lovely. Not large but with all that you need to stay for a few days. Absolutely great, with also a small swimming pool in front. All for a reasonable price

Very easy to check in, clean, spacious and lots of delicious complimentary treats 😊 Also, even though you are in the main square which is very loud, with the window shut you can’t hear anything!

Great location. It reminded me of the pensions of 50 years ago. High ceilings, traditional tall windows and shutters. Very clean. If you want a modern style place, you may not like it.

A great location to explore the city from once you get orientated, we walked a lot -our choice - bus 2-3 mins down the hill & Tabacchi for bus tickets under long colonnade. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Good blackout shutter-blinds. Excellent coffee machine, pods supplied but use bottled water to prevent lime-scale. Self-service breakfast ok, a bit too sweet for us; a small supermarket is a few mins away. Vi-key access worked well to get keys to gain access. Outside stairs light switches on by red lit button near gate. A great place.

Property host Tiziana was just lovely, very warm, welcome and accommodating. Excellent location near Urbino- very easy and convenient to drive in. It is a beautifully maintained farm and property with lovely open yard to sit outdoors and relax. My apartment was spacious and well appointed and stayed cool enough even during the heat of the day (with most shutters closed). Very near a good supermercato and restaurants, even without going into the city center.
