Fantastic place in the mountains but close to the beach. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was great. Would have stayed longer if time permitted.

Met all our expectations & more. Great base to visit Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia.These places you could spend all day in simply amazing medieval parts of them all. For an OMG activity visit the Grotte di frasassi UNDER GROUND CAVES put it on your bucket list. The host was simply the best couldn't get a better one. His home was home away from home. The location is very good. Quiet area, with plenty of shops, restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The host, Oli, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.
