We are very happy to leave a review, because this place truly exceeded all our expectations. The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor hot tub. It was around +5°C outside at night, and we were relaxing in wonderfully hot water, followed by time in the modern sauna with beautiful lighting. In the evening it looks absolutely stunning and creates a perfect atmosphere for complete relaxation. There is also a barbecue area, and everything is well arranged for enjoying it. When we arrived, our lodge was already prepared and perfectly warmed up — the air conditioning was on, and as soon as we stepped inside it felt warm, comfortable, and incredibly cozy, which was especially pleasant after arriving late. The rooms are spacious and perfectly sized for our group of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Everything feels new, very clean, with a pleasant smell of wood and a warm, cozy design. Cleanliness is at the highest level. The food was delicious for both adults and children. Breakfast was excellent: cheeses, ham, various cereals, juices, cakes, pastries, incredibly tasty croissants, and a truly amazing cappuccino. What we especially appreciated was the relaxed and easy-going atmosphere. No unnecessary rules or pressure during check-in or check-out. We arrived late at night, and it was not a problem at all — at the reception there is a self-service tea area, where you can prepare tea yourself. Free water is always available in the refrigerator. In the morning, after our SPA experience, we saw the cleaning team draining the water from the hot tubs and thoroughly cleaning the sauna and glass surfaces. It was clear that the water is changed after every guest, which explains the exceptional cleanliness everywhere. Keep up the great work! An excellent place that we would gladly return to. For us, this is the best place to stay overnight near Milan, and we are sure we will come

We had a wonderful stay at La Via del Sale! The apartment itself is fantastic, very clean, and having a private jacuzzi was such a great touch. The location is lovely—situated in a charming village close to a beautiful river, natural pools, and waterfalls. Since we didn't have a car and the apartment is located a bit outside of Domodossola, Anna was exceptionally kind and even drove us back to Domodossola! Thank you so much, Anna, for your warm hospitality and for taking such good care of us. We highly recommend staying here!And we would love to return!

Exceptional location, clean house, good heating, all facilities available

The location is stunning and exactly what I was looking for and the hosts are incedibly kind and friendly! It was very quiet and remote in nature, just perfect for recovery and as a start to explore the beautiful mountains.

Terrific stay in the Winery Lodge with again a warm welcome for our family. Beautifull family room and air conditioning. Big compliment for the staff and their hospitality. They even prepared a pie/cake for our son's birthday. And the dinner was good with superb wines from the the Winery. Thank you again.

I mainly booked Chalet Palu because of the view and, my word, it was just majestic! Worth the trek up the mountain on a super difficult and narrow road/track. I do have a small car and arriving at dusk made it quite exciting 😁. Super, super accommodation, luxury facilities and the WIFI was almost better than at home in France! What a stay!! 10/10

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chalet Chez Nous! First of all, we would like to highlight the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. A very special thank you to Nicoletta — she is simply the best! Any request or question was handled within minutes. Whether it was booking a table at a restaurant, arranging ski rentals, or helping with parking, everything was done quickly and effortlessly. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can really feel the attention to detail and care for guests. The breakfast was great, and the bar was also a lovely place to relax. We truly loved our room — comfortable, stylish, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Another big advantage is the location in a historic area, which adds a special charm to the entire experience. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

I love the charm of the property and the staff. I wanted a white Christmas in a log cabin. There wasn’t any snow but I will stay at the Chalet Faure again!

The hospitality, and excellent host. Wonderful apartment in a nice setting. A good swimming pool.
