The hosts were very helpful. They made efforts for us to take the last shuttle from the airport. They explained how to get to Milan and recommended where to go and what to do. All the staff were very nice, very helpful, extremely kind!!!

Seamless self-check in, great location, comfortable room and facilities including use of a small shared kitchen, and great air-conditioning which was really important as we were stopping during a heat-wave and needed a cool place to sleep at night. With the shutters closed the room is also very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The small free breakfast provided on arrival was also a thoughtful touch.

I've loved everything! The communication, the staff the food the nature nearby, animals allowed and a free shuttle to the airport and back.

It was a chiller hostel than the party ones. A quiet place to rest and still maybe make some friends to explore Torino with. The location was also very central and easy to get to or depart from as the main train station is right there and an airport shuttle takes you almost directly there. Lots of decent pastries and coffee places around too. Alicia was also extremely helpful and patient, making us feel welcome and oriented.

The shuttle service and price are great. Don’t expect perfection at this price point . Very satisfied . Rooms are quite large . I was in a motel type section near main building that looked like an old Swiss chalet . Rooms are probably more there

There is nothing to dislike about this lovely place. From the box of goodies for breakfast to the shuttle down to the slopes every day, this chalet cannot offer more. It was so comfy and cosy and had all you needed to cater for your own food needs. The shower is powerful and hot and the towels are plenty and fluffy.

I love the charm of the property and the staff. I wanted a white Christmas in a log cabin. There wasn’t any snow but I will stay at the Chalet Faure again!
