Situato a Hatton, lo chalet Tea Hills Bungalow vanta il WiFi gratuito nelle aree comuni. The staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive. The food was excellent and they even made us a packed lunch for getting the train the next day. The room was large and clean with beautiful views. We walked down to the town and also across the tea plantations. A lovely stay and I would highly recommend.

The property is located on a quiet section of the lake, the only sound is birds and leaves in the wind. The views from the bedroom are spectacular. This is definitely a spot for nature lovers. Don’t be deceived by the odd little path to the house, it is well worth it. Priyanga, who manages the property is one of the most lovely people you will meet. Do not skip breakfast or dinner, he makes fantastic food. Priyanga goes the extra mile in assisting with arranging tuk tuks for the early morning climb. His trusty companion Tommy (the neighbours dog) was also exceptionally sweet. This has by far been our favourite stay in Sri Lanka, we actually extended an additional night. The new water heater actually generates hot water which is great after climbing Sri Padaya.
