Located in Yala, 6.6 km from Tissa Wewa and 24 km from Bundala Bird Sanctuary, Ranakeliya Lodge - Yala provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and a terrace. What a great place to stay if you’re planning a safari in Yala National Park. You can also book a safari through them. We had the pleasure of staying at their newest tent (they currently have 3 of them and some lodges). The tent is very large offers everything you need, there’s a fan, lots of wall sockets, two beds, water cooker and a bathroom attached. There’s no warm water, but you will need the cool shower :) the climate is always hot and humid. Sleeping in the tent at night with the blinds open was very comfortable. Also, there’s lots of peacocks around, it is a joy to watch them from the tent. They recently completed a new area for breakfast which looks fantastic and is very spacious. Everything around the place felt very high-class, which we did not expect, especially at this price point. The staff was extremely attentive and adjusted to your needs (e.g. breakfast time for safari). We felt like in a 5-star hotel :)

Kele Yala is a boutique hotel situated in the dry zone in Kataragama. Beautiful staff, nice rooms close to Yala and they offered us a full day safari which was an absolute experience Also very nice food

This was an excellent stay. The room was spacious and so clean. The meals we're delicious and I loved the safari tour that was arranged for us. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The pool was great.

Located 400 metres from Tangalle Beach, Star Light Cabanas & Restaurant offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. The entire property is so incredibly nice. Its location close to the beach, all the palm trees, the hammocks, the cabanas etc. made our stay so good!

Situated just 21 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole, Garden Oasis Rekawa features accommodation in Rekawa with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as room service. Such lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was wonderful, including fresh mango, pineapple and papaya from the lush garden. Rohan also brought us tea in the afternoon both days. The bed was super comfortable, with lovely bedding. A 15-minute walk or quick tuktuk to some of the most incredible quiet beaches I've ever seen. Would definitely recommend.

Situated in Kirinda, close to Nidangala Beach, Garnet Yala Beach features accommodation with garden, bike hire, a private beach area, a terrace and a restaurant. We had an excellent stay at Garnet Yala Beach. The property is very comfortable and inviting, the room is spacious and clean, and the adjacent kitchen is well equipped. The garden is bustling with greenery and cute animals that keep their distance but are fun to observe (iguanas, squirrels, birds). There is direct access to a dreamy beach you can enjoy pretty much on your own except for the occasional tourist, fisherman or friendly stray dog. A fancy restaurant with a pool is right next door. Gayan and his wife are fantastic hosts, very caring, attentive and generous, and complete the great experience.

A few steps from Rekawa Beach, Tomorrowland Beach Villas is a recently renovated property located in Tangalle and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Perfect location right next to the ocean and a safe spot for swimming. Excellent food and comfy rooms. The best thing about this accommodation is the staff, who go above and beyond to make your stay a true paradise holiday. They looked after our every need and also planned us many trips to interesting locations. Our only job was to relax, relax, relax.

Located in Tangalle, 6.6 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole, 27 km from Weherahena Buddhist Temple and 6.6 km from Tangalle Lagoon, Hiriketiya Tropical Hideaway - Hazeloft Tangalle provides accommodation... We had a lovely stay at Hazeloft. The place was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by peaceful greenery. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Renting a scooter through them was very convenient and made it easy to explore the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
