The location is within 200 meters walking distance to several restaurants, etc. and the Lion Rock park is only ~5 minutes away

Honestly can't recommend Sigiriya Lake Paradise enough! Stayed here for 5 nights and it felt like home. The location is stunning literally on a lake with a view of Lion's Rock. Chami and the family are super friendly and helpful, they even came with me on some day trips and made sure I was sorted with everything. And the food Absolutely delicious.If you're heading to Sigiriya, definitely book in here. You won't regret it.
