The ambience was super special. The facilities are of high standards. The environment was very calm. A lot of birds, including peacocks, were in the garden. Lasantha is a very nice person. He was always attentive to our requirements. They made special meals at our request.

The owners were very kind, helpful and hospitable, they kept checking on us even though we were barely staying for one night. The food was lovely, simple and exceptional. It’s way more worth than the price they charge. Worth the money. It’s a must stay if you are looking for a getaway with serenity.

His care and dedication made all the difference. The room was nice, spotless and had everything I needed, offering both comfort and practicality. Breakfast was a daily delight, with homemade local dishes that were not only delicious but also varied and thoughtfully prepared. The garden was a peaceful oasis, full of life with birds enjoying fruits – such a calm and relaxing scenery. And the view of Lion Rock? Simply beautiful with the rice fields around. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay – everything was perfect, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!

Our stay here was perfect. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, surrounded by beautiful jungle and right next to famose Sigirya rock. Perfect also to visit Dambulla (30 minutes) and Pollonaruwa, just 1.30h far The owner is a lovable and helpful person and here we had the best breakfast of our entire travel. We stay three nights and for sure we will go back in future.

Very kind and friendly people. We felt like home. Anil is the "King of the Village", what a great men. We share dinner and activities together. I really recommend this place !

The breakfasts were delicious and different every morning. Had scooter or bike hire to get into town. The family were so lovely and cooked the best dinners. They even arranged a us a tuk tuk for a sunrise walk up Pidurangala Rock as well as a Safari. They also arranged us a drive to take us to our next location.
