We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this beautiful cabin in Mojkovac! A true mountain log cabin with a warm, rustic atmosphere – perfect for relaxing and escaping everyday stress. The cabin was spotless, well-equipped, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and peace. The surroundings are quiet and picturesque – ideal for morning coffee on the terrace or cozy evenings with a glass of vine. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and an authentic experience of Montenegro’s mountains – this cabin is a perfect choice! Highly recommended!

The place was clean and equipped with all the necessities. We couldn’t meet the host as we arrived late in the evening, however, he made sure to provide us self check-in info upon our arrival and had also prepared the wood stove, so the cabin was really warm. We had a great time.

I have stayed in Katun Laništa for 3 night in the beginning of May. The Katun is only accessible by walking or 4x4 as it is located in the mountains, but since I had a normal car and a suitcase, the hosts can offer you a ride in their 4x4 jeep to the katun from their house in the village. My stay in Katun Laništa has been wonderful. As it was the start of the season, they were still preparing the Katun but that did not bother me at all. The hosts are super friendly and provide you with everything you need. The food is amazing, and the home grow and home cook everything here. The Katun has a lot of animals (cats, dogs, chickens, cows, horses and pigs) which makes it even more fun to stay here. The Katun is located within fields filled with wildflowers and the mountain views are spectacular! I was really able to calm down here. I spent my time reading in the hammocks, hiking to Biogradsko Jezero and in the woods surrounding the Katun. In short, I would recommend everyone to come here, at least have some food but even better stay a few nights.

We arrived late around 2am because of boarder crossing problem. The location is wonderful, by the river Tara with great view of the snow mountains!

Boasting accommodation with a balcony, Eco kutak 3 is set in Mojkovac. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. If you want a perfect stay, then this is the right place for you! Dragan (the owner) welcomed us with open arms (and with his homemade apple liquor). He was super helpful throughout our stay and is a very kind person. The lovely home we stayed in was completely made by him, and it showed all the love and dedication he put into the place. We were surrounded by horses, dogs, chickens, and also a beautiful river where you can go swimming. The lake of the national park is only 10 minutes away by car, and everything else is easily reachable from there. It was peaceful and quiet, and it is also perfect for children since there is a zip line and some games to play! We also recommend the horse tour that he and Milica provide there. We unfortunately didn’t have time, but it is possible to ask Dragan to make dinner for you a few hours in advance. The interiors were clean, well kept, and spacious! We cannot recommend this place enough.

We arrived to find the little katuns cozy and welcoming, with a crackling fire already prepared to keep us warm — such a simple but deeply thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The whole place felt like a winter dream: snow-covered hills all around, breathtaking views in every direction, and the peaceful feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by untouched nature. What made it unforgettable, though, was Jelena. She is, without a doubt, the best host we have ever met. Kind, warm, and always ready to help, she went far beyond what we could have ever expected to make our stay perfect. Her cooking was amazing — every meal tasted like it was prepared with genuine care and love. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both so cared for and so connected to nature. We had all of that here, and it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.

Comfortable and very clean apartment with nice view to the mountains. The next chalet is far enough away that guests don't disturb each other. It's not easy to find the accommodation at night by google map, but the local firefighters and the host were helpful.
