The highlight of our visit, without a doubt, was the huskies. These beautiful, well-cared-for dogs are the heart and soul of the lodge, and spending time with them was an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re experienced or a first-timer, the husky sledding tours are a must. Gliding through the snow-covered trails with the dogs leading the way was exhilarating and magical—a memory we will cherish forever. The staff at Jotunheimen Husky Lodge truly go above and beyond. They are knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about the region and its traditions. They helped us plan our trip, shared fascinating insights about the area and the local wildlife, and ensured every moment of our stay was perfect.

Veslekoia - Grandmas Cabin si trova a Øksna, a 36 km da Hamar Cathedral Ruins, in una zona dove potrete praticare lo sci. Really out in the woods with NO amenities. Maybe not the best place to stay, arriving late at night in cold rainy/snowy weather, but very charming on the inside when the fire was lit. Clean and tidy, comfy beds !
