Providing river views, Sunrise of Tambopata in Puerto Maldonado provides accommodation, a garden, a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar. Emanuel is kind, considerate, great at communicating (sometimes assisted by his son) and very helpful. He informed us of tours, provided water and made delicious meals that were 36 soles per person. There are no supermarkets nearby so if you want to make your own meals suggest stopping by the market before checking in. It was 40 soles from the airport to his home. The room is clean, comfortable and the surrounding is peaceful, a homestay type experience. We joined the evening sunset boat through the Tambopata river and the day Sandoval lake experience. This lodge exceeded our expectations. Amazing meals. Beautiful wild setting. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Excellent guided tours (our guide Uriel was magnificent and fabulous at spotting wildlife.) The boat trips along the rivers were surreal, especially the morning breakfast boat out to see the wild parrots on the clay licks. The pickup and luggage storage services were added bonuses. This definitely requires a three night stay (which we did) 4 nights would have been out of this world.

With garden views, Tambopata Ecolodge is situated in Tambopata and has a restaurant, free shuttle service, bar and garden. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Everything! Great meals, great rooms , great tours , they really looked after us.

Located only 3.5 hours from Puerto Maldonado city. (One hour by bus and 2.5 hrs by boat) This lodge is the only one inside the National Reserve of Tambopata. Free WiFi is featured. Good breakfast, wonderful location.

Refugio Amazonas Lodge offers eco-friendly accommodation in the Tambopata National Reserve. The property features a restaurant, and some rooms include WiFi access. Amazing lodge! You really experience the the jungle fully here. They have a good variety of activities to choose from and our allocated guide, Alan, was the best. We saw many animals, birds, insects and spiders. The staff were very friendly. The food was fantastic. I highly recommend this lodge.

Situated in Puerto Maldonado, La Habana Conservation Area offers accommodation with a balcony. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Gorgeous facilities and really kind staff. They even catered for vegetarians at short notice with delicious food. Such a wonderful place

An outdoor swimming pool with views of the river can be enjoyed in Wasai Puerto Maldonado Eco Lodge, 100 meters from the Main Square. Canoe trips can be booked and all rooms feature views of the... The hotel location id perfect. Just in the city centre next to the river so the views are spectacular. I had a room in the new building on the third floor with a balcony and the views of the Amazon are beautiful. We booked all our trips in the Main Street next to the hotel and haven’t had the time to relax in the pool that looked tempting. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned on a daily basis’. The only things that bothered me: the beds are just ok, pilot can be updated and the curtains don’t block the light in the morning .
