We wanted to spend our night on the lake, in a possibly authentic way. Raúl and his wife did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Although we had little time, we could get an insight into the life of the people living on the floating islands, Raúl showed us around in his boat. While it can get really cold on the lake, our beds were warm. Dinner and breakfast was very nice as well.

Although it is chilly outside, they keep us comfortable inside. They also assist to arrange transportation for us.

We got lucky to arrive before the rain and Walter welcomed us warmly! The location is fabulous. Expect cold during the night :-) thank you Walter for the hospitality and the boat tour.

Ordnade hämtning/lämning/transport för oss trots att vi anlände sent på kvällen. Hade även ordnat mat till oss när vi anlände

Titicaca Aruntawi Lodge Peru ligger i Puno och erbjuder boende med utsikt över sjön. Frukost ingår varje dag. Boendet ligger 7 km från stadens centrum och precis framför Titicacasjön. Eddy and his family are very friendly. Our room was perfect. There was even warm water in the shower, which I didn't expect. We did a 2 hours Uros tour with Eddy. The tour was very interesting, we were at the local school as well as at local families and we totally recommend booking this tour! Moreover, we borrowed a kayak from Eddy and were kayaking. The nights are pretty cold on those islands, but you get very warm blankets and warming bottles. It was an amazing experience to learn more about Uros people and Lake Titikaka. We also recommend to try the lunch/dinner. It's very delicious.
