Very helpful and welcoming host. Amazing view on the town and the sea. We enjoyed the charming balcony with cozy hammocks. Out of the busy Main Street, so you don’t hear the traffic, but you are still only a short stride away from the town centre. You can also rent a bike there or book a transport if needed. Spent 5 nights there and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you!

One of our favourite places to stay. Absolute gem of a find. Very comfortable and clean. We arrived at night and it was a lovely surprise to wake up to the Mountain View. Very tasty breakfast. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

I got a parasite during my stay and they did everything they could and more to help me! They drove me to the hospital, prepared me food, checked on me while i was in the hospital and after i got out. I cannot thank them both enough! I felt so welcomed and not alone in the Situation. In general, Alec Lodge is one of the best and most welcoming hostels I stayed at during my trip.
