The view from the hotel is breathtaking, the hotel park and surrounding really well kept with beautiful gardens. The restaurant was really good with authentic Portuguese food at a really good price and the breakfast the next day was really complete and fresh. The staff was very kind, they could accommodate the breakfast 30 min earlier since we needed to leave early. Would definitely recommend!

Refúgio Muas Nature se encuentra a 25 km de Natur Waterpark y ofrece piscina al aire libre y jardín, así como alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. Reservamos en el mismo día porque íbamos de ruta por Portugal y nada más llegar nos atendieron super amables. El sitio es espectacular: respirar naturaleza allá donde mires. El desayuno delicioso mientras podías seguir observando el paisaje desde el ventanal que coronaba la sala junto a una chimenea. Sin duda super super recomendable. Me gustaría recalcar la amabilidad del personal porque es una maravilla dar con personas así. El tamaño de la habitación super amplio y con unas vistas preciosas.

Fantastic property with an amazing view, very well equipped, huge space. Great for a family stay. Many rooms, space, a balcony, a view. All very clean.

The house is very comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and all the other features of common interest. What differentiates it are the architectural details in the house and the outdoor style, all with a great view over the Douro River. The house has a very modern-chic style, mixing white, natural pine and lighting details. Has embedded blackouts, which are functional and stylish. The patios had plenty benches, tables, chairs, umbrellas and shades that create unique lounges, very Mediterranean style. The setting is amazing, regardless if you’re in the room, patios or by the pool. It feels very private and is perfect to just disconnect and relax. The location is perfect, but would say only accessible by car. The owner was very nice and thoughtful. One of the best houses we’ve stayed. 100% recommend.

WHome Riverfront Retreat with Exclusive Waterfall Views está a 44 km de Santuario de Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, en Baião, y tiene jardín y terraza. Todo. No cambiaría nada. El entorno es impresionante. La casita hermosa, decorada y equipada con todo tipo de detalles. Y nos han acogido de maravilla.

Mourisco Guest House es un alojamiento con vistas a la ciudad que se encuentra en Alijó, a 43 km de Museo do Douro y a 30 km de Palacio de Mateus. Luisa was incredible! We stayed 3 nights here and loved our time. It was relaxing and filled with making us feel at home! She provided us with a fridge full of food upon arrival and a small bottle of her own wine. Each morning she bought us fresh bread, cakes, eggs, juice etc which was such a nice touch! As we were heading out one morning she caught us and showed us the wine being made in the process which was fantastic to see! Always a text or call away and lots of recommendations and even offer to use the pool in her other property. We couldn’t recommend this place more - perfect location for a stay in the Douro Valley!

Viosinho guest house, que tiene vistas a la ciudad, ofrece alojamiento con balcón y hervidor, y está a unos 43 km de Museo do Douro. Very friendly welcome from Luisa. Some lovely local fruit and vegetables and other food given to us to use. The accommodation and the kitchen have everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. We also tasted local wine produced by the family which is of high quality. The surrounding area is beautiful for nature lovers and Alijo itself is an attractive and charming town. Difficult to fault anything at all. Thank you.

Palheiro Mezio se encuentra en Mezio, a solo 20 km de Santuario de Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y wifi gratis. Very quiet place in a little charming village. Beautifully decorated chalet with interesting arquitectural features and a cozy balcony. The pool and the chairs next to it were amazing to cool off and relax in a very warm day. Friendly owners and staff. We had a very pleasant stay!

Lovely gifts on arrival. Incredible serenity of location. Fresh fruit from the property. Highly recommend.
