Great, quiet location, easy to find. We were able to park in front of the house but there seemed to be enough space to park on the street as well. The house is quite big enough for a couple, so cute and cozy and has everything we needed. Good heating, hot water and warm covers on the bed. There's enough stuff in the kitchen for morning coffee/tea and a quick cook, and everything is neat and clean. The host is cool and helpful, easy communication about getting in. We would love to come back again and enjoy the yard in the summer.

Casa Bunica - Vila Rustică cu Prispă Experiență Românească Autentică lângă Pârâu în Natura Loc Joaca Copii Oaza de Liniște ligger i Vama Măgura i Caraş-Severin och har en uteplats och utsikt över... Beautiful location and house. It's an ideal starting point with car to hike around Retezat. Groceries and restaurants are a 15-20 min drive. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 person (3 beds). Two beds in two rooms upstairs and one bed downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The terrace is a lovely place to be at peace.

The reception from the guests who are really involved in local rural businesses was excellent. They waited for as we were late for our expected arrival.

CabanA-lupu ligger i Făget. Denna chalet har en trädgård, en grill, gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. It’s been the best accommodation in Romania we have ever tried! We stayed in an amazing wooden cottage with a wellness wood-heated hot tub just in front of the cottage. Inside there was everything you need even for a longer stay (in our case 7 nights in the end) - an extremely efficient wood-burning stove, lots of wood prepared in front of the cottage (they added some more later), a completely furnished kitchen, an upper-floor bedroom with a balcony overlooking the lake, a big comfortable sofa, exceptionally good-quality drinking water, hot water both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, a TV with YouTube access and external speakers for better TV sound. We need to highlight the hospitality of the whole host family. The owner’s parents came every third day to ask if everything was ok. Moreover, we were given Romanian locals products and two pizzas for free in a nearby pizzeria (In the village Fardea). Even if we stayed there during quite a tough winter time, we felt like at home. Both us and our beloved golden retriever enjoyed such an exceptional stay! Highly recommended! ❤️

Everything was above our expectations. The hosts were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us useful insights and advice which helped us have a memorable stay. The location is in the middle of the nature where only the birds can be heard. The house is very clean, with a beautiful design created in such a way to match the surroundings. On the shelves we also found books and local touristic guide magazines which were very welcomed since they can’t be found any-longer (the touristic info point in the city was closed down 😐) In the vicinity there are many hiking trails, two of them departing from the parking in front if the house (Vanturatoarea and Sfanta Maria waterfalls)

Holiday House Valiug har utsikt över bergen och erbjuder boende med en trädgård och en terrass, 48 km från Bigar vattenfall. We felt right at home here. It's a very well equipped house with a lovely garden and space for barbecue. Perfect to enjoy with friends or family. It's super cosy, it has lots of personal touches and attention to detail to make you feel right at home. The owners are very lovely and understanding. They left lots of supplies for us to ensure a smooth experience with everything, from coffee pods, to toiletries and barbecue coal. There's much more I could write about our positive experience here.

LA GRADINA ligger i Slatina-Timiş och erbjuder boende med en utomhuspool, gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering för gäster som anländer med bil. I only give 10/10 because I cannot give 15 :) I arrived to my last stop on my way back from Turkey on a motorbike, preparing for an early night and 850km to ride next day. There was a 40th birthday party there. And I was taken in as a part of the family, that famous Romanian hospitality! I had the best night of my whole trip. And because drinks were all home-made, I was in a great shape in the morning to leave and safely ride home. Florin, I'll be back! :)

Cabana Vărad Coronini ligger i Moldova Veche och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och en trädgård med en terrass och trädgårdsutsikt. Everything was perfect! Very nice and friendly staff. The location is amazing, beautiful view to river Danube, the most beautiful sunset from the terrace.. There is everything we needed. Free parking, wi-fi, kitchen facilities, barbeque, etc. Clean and well maintained. Feels like home:)
