After we checked out, we did a hike to the Bisoke. It was super muddy that day, so I was super dirty when returning from the hike. As I needed to head back to Kigali on the same day, I phoned the hotel and asked if I could take a quick shower, and they accepted immediately!

All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to respond, always serving us with a warm smile. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and every evening the staff prepared the room beautifully, turned down the bed, and lit the fireplace, so we never felt cold at all. The food was excellent, delicious, and beautifully presented. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you all so much for these truly enjoyable and memorable days. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return again.
