All the staff were so accommodating, friendly, helpful, attentive and caring to their guests. I love the cabin that we stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area which is outside the cabin has complete amenities were you can cook. The toilet were all cleaned and well maintained. The sauna room and hot tub were a great addition. The breakfast was amazing and the dinner, you will be transported to their restaurant every night which is also great as you get to meet other guests as well. We were able to feed the reindeers free of charge every 10am and the place is just amazing to see the northern lights.

Short 15 mins drive from the airport, easily accessible with a rental car, with the cabin being both remote and actually not too far of a drive from a small supermarket etc. Extremely nice and helpful owners, with Cecilia being super warm and always at the ready to help, living on the same property. Very clean cabin, with a great high bed, incl.a remote-control adjustable matress and a huge panoramic window above the bed, for that perfectly relaxing viewing point for aurora. Highly recommendable !

Northernlight cabin is a beachfront property situated in Kiruna, 19 km from Kiruna Bus Station and 22 km from LKAB Visitor Centre. Located 22 km from Kiruna Train Station, the property provides a garden and free private parking. The property is non-smoking and is set 36 km from Esrange Space Center. What an amazing stay! We came here by accident as the weather on the north cape was bad and we just drived to Lapland instead and ended up here. There are lots of things to do around and we had the best Lappland experience of our trip here. Northern lights, reindeers, the lake right in front, the ice hotel very close by. I highly recommend to stay here! It was magical! We even extended our stay here.

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. The check-in was super easy with Lisa greeting us at the restaurant. She is a very friendly host. The venison soup dinner basket was splendid - a perfect treat after a long day hike. We forgot to leave the keys after checking out, and only found out on our hike out to Nikkalouta. Lisa was very understanding and instructed us to leave the keys at the mountain station for them to collect later.

The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

From Abisko Mountain Lodge you have several different trails you can do day hikes

In the lounge bar you can sit and relax in front of the fireplace. The fact that it is in the park means you are away from light pollution for the Aururoas, and all other day activities. Staff was so friendly and has a.very laid back vibe.too

Beautiful property right on lake. Close to the ice hotel and Sami Village. Cabins were very clean, warm, nice and had everything we needed. Sauna was amazing. Stefan was very helpful and responsive. You can take tours and get transfers right from the camp. Stefan is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Aurora Camp Kurravaara offers a range of accommodation from simple cabins and cottages without running water, to unique glass huts and private fully equipped cabins. In the summer Aurora Camp Kurravaara also offers tree tents. Bed linen and towels are always included. Our lake view cottage was exactly as in the pictures. Aurora Camp is in a beautiful location in the wilderness and a great spot to see the Northern Lights. Unfortunately when we stayed it was cloudy. Staff were very welcoming. Aurora camp offers the opportunity to experience sleeping in an igloo. There is no running water and the toilet / showers are communal (clean) in the main area about 200m from the main part of the camp. I used the sauna for my shower and had a snow bath - very refreshing. The drive down the road can be a little scary, so just take it easy.
