The staff were fabulous to us, literally saving us by helping us deal with our car stuck somewhere off-road on mis-navigated route to the accommodation. The place itself is a brand new mountain house with modern equipment, very cozy and close to the city. I definitely recommend the place to anyone who ever comes to Slovakian Tatry. Everything was truly top class.

The staff was remarkably helpful - on booking.com states that there's oven, but there wasn't one in the room. I contacted to ask about it as I had brought food to cook - few hours later I was delivered a large new electric oven to use! You can finish the day skiing at the door of the chalet with your skis/board still on. It's right next to the piste

Check in was easy, the apartment is very smartly designed, the location is ideal for skiing with just a 50m walk to slope 10. The area is very much in development and of great quality. The sauna is great but really doesn't fit more than 1 person. Having 2 bathrooms was very good for a family of 4.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Chatky in Tatralandia! The cottage was clean, cozy, and perfectly located just steps from the water park. Beds are very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the surrounding views of the mountains made it feel like a true getaway. Ideal spot for families — we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here as a family of 4 - parents and teenage boys. We had 2 excellent rooms. The home was lovely, including the rooms and the social space downstairs- the breakfast area and the awesome honesty bar, plus the outdoor space. The breakfast was excellent and very generous, including fresh homemade soda bread and cakes! Best of all, the hosts live next door and are a lovely Irish / Slovak family. They were very friendly and always happy to advise on activities and places to go. That was greatly appreciated and really helped us to make the most of our time. The local area has beautiful countryside and walks, plus places like huge caves (amazing) and you can get a cable car up Chopok mountain for an excellent walk on the top.

This place was a gem of a find. Location was excellent, right next to a stream. Facilities were amazing and included sauna and spa, breakfast was also included.
