Giulio and the entire family at Fromager are excellent hosts! The property itself is in a lovely garden setting, shady and cool. Our bungalow was clean and comfortable with hot water. Best of all was the pizza and pasta served, along with good bread, coffee and wine -- very Italian! Giulio also helped us secure ferry tickets, saving us a trip to Zinguinchor to buy them. And although the location is not on the beach, once you cross the big road, the path is a lovely, sandy track, taking about 15 minutes. It's a very long walk into town (45 minutes?) but you can jump in a taxi easily enough.
