A piece of Paradise, we loved EVERYTHING here, amazing hospitality! We stayed in the beautiful (clay) ECO House, constructed by the owner himself, with lots of love for details ("dry toilet") a marvelous garden and delicious food. If you are crazy enough to arrive by car, you might want to leave it at the main road and take a shortcut by walking, as it's pretty adventurous otherwise... No hot water - which wasn't a problem at all

With Basse-Casamance National Park reachable in 22 km, Fromagerlodge features accommodation, a restaurant, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. Everything was perfect and the staff very nice! We felt like home so we prolonged our stay.

Karamba Lodge is a recently renovated guest house in Kafountine, where guests can make the most of its free bikes and garden. Waking up in the middle of nature with the incredible sound of a multitude of birds of different colors and sizes is just priceless!! The place is cozy and the staff are extremely friendly.
