Taitung Garden Cabin ligger 5,2 km från Taitung Night Market och erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med gratis cyklar, en trädgård, en uteplats och gratis WiFi. I liked everything here. Large spacious room with a spacious private bathroom. Excellent hot shower. Both Aircon and a fan. Fridge and kettle in the room. Towels, drinking water and toilet paper supplied, but no soap and shampoo, and that's fine for me. Rooms are set around a really beautiful manicured garden. The rooms are old, but that's perfectly fine. Everything was clean. I really liked that the reception is staffed 24h. Zero fuss and overflowing inboxes with messages regarding this and that, just simply book, arrive when you arrive and pay. I was also lucky to get my room early, as it wasn't busy. Very friendly and welcoming staff, but not much English is spoken. There is a vending machine for cold drinks in the lobby. There's also an outdoor sitting area with tables and chairs, under a canopy in the parking lot...but it IS an outdoor sitting area, you don't find that too often in Taiwan.
