Employees were nice. It was very clean. The toiletries were nice. They provided a free laundry service on our arrival, that was great. The lunch delivered to our room on arrival, was the best meal we had on the island. We scheduled two in-room massages and the massages were great! I appreciated how security did not allow anyone to hang out in front of our room on the beach. They were very strict on privacy, we enjoyed being able to hang out on the patio and the pool in peace. There was a beach dinner as well with buffet meals, that was private and for the resort guests only. The buffet food was great as well as the live band. They had bikes that we borrowed (for free) and rode around the area. They have kayaks and beach supplies (free) for guests to use as well. Unfortunately we had a delay in our flight so we missed a night of our booking, they were fully booked so we weren’t able to extend but it our stay was well worth the money. As someone who can always find something to complain about, I had zero complaints lol.

Situated in Nungwi, near Nungwi Beach, Kibanda is a lodge boasting a garden. Private parking is available on site. The hotel is a bit away from the beach, but I Loved the fact that they had private guest taxis to the beach and a walking guide on site should you choose to walk. The food was good and the staff were so kind and attentive! Made the place feel so welcoming. Wish I had stayed longer. Lovely hotel.

Breakfast was good but could improve on preparation to suit the needs of client. I liked the serene environment, privacy and security. Staff were always at hand to help with travel and other logistics

Off the beaten track , just 15 minutes from Nungwi and Kendwa’s party scene, lies Sazani Beach Lodge situated above a secluded cove. It’s beautifully located, has its own little beach (only during low tide others can come over), a green garden with lots of animals around. It’s a perfect place to unwind. Lisa is a super friendly and a great cook. Everybody working there makes sure you have a pleasant stay. Don’t expect luxury, you won’t find it over there. But everybody else will be super happy.
