With Paje Beach reachable in a few steps, Ananda Beach Hotel provides accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a private beach area. I stayed in Ananda beach hotel 3 nights and I wish I booked a longer stay. The hotel is super cozy and clean , the staff are super friendly and super helpful starting from Mr T who was welcoming us to Thomas and Shedy as well .. breakfast was nice and don’t forget to have your snacks, lunch and dinner at hello capitano restaurant.. highly recommended and definitely I will be back once I am in Zanzibar

Unlike many places on the island, the cosy atmosphere here has been preserved. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The food was always great — and the cocktails were next level :) We were almost crying when we were leaving…

I stayed at Z Lodge Zanzibar with my wife. The room was so beautiful, I loved the flowers on the bed and the artwork on the wall; everything was lovely. The breakfasts were perfectly tropical and the restaurant itself had an amazing romantic vibe. Snack of our day was freshly made Banana chips with avocado dip- delicious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy, the beautiful open design, and the overall peaceful atmosphere of the villa. The private plunge pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing at any time of day while feeling completely immersed in the natural surroundings.

With sea views, MONKEY MOUNTAIN LODGE is situated in Mtende and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden and terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Such a relaxing enviroment and amazing views! It was lovely to watch the sunrise from your own terrace and the sunset at the restaurant while enjoying a great meal. The atmosphere at the lodge felt authentic and very cozy. The staff was kind and especially Suzy was great thanks to her good english and warm personality. This lodge is definitely unique and really stands out from typical resorts! A big recommendation by two people who have seen a lot of accommodations from all around the world.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, yasmin ecohouse zanzibar is situated in Kizimkazi. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The „ecohouse“ is a special and hidden treasure on the wonderful compound, very close to the beach in kizimkazi. The lovely style of the old materials in a fresh renovated condition was exactly our taste. Simplicity on its best. Selma is a worm host and the breakfast is close to a garden ceremony with good fruits and enough to eat. The village itself seemed to us peaceful. Tourists are not yet overehelming the traditional lifestyle. The fishermen and the beaching till sunset go well along. We regretted that we couldn’t stay longer.

With sea views, AFYA Village at the sea is situated in Michamvi and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Amazing location, you can feel the peace straight on the ocean. Staff is just awesome, you feel like at home with friends. Here you can really relax after long days of excursions and feeling the real Zanzibar experience. Every night we’ve enjoyed very taste meals on site. Places like that, of course, are difficult to reach: please keep in mind that there is a difficult 20 minutes drive from the main road.
