The location was perfect for a low key holiday but with plenty of space to go for a stroll and walk the dog. There is a nice cafe down towards the lighthouse perfect for coffee for adults and milkshakes for the kids, then doubles as amazing restaurant with fresh seafood at night. Also a beautiful pub with plenty of outdoor dining space and a playground for the kids, just 5 minutes up the street. Lovely peaceful place with amazing Brisbane-esque trees and wildlife. Five-minute drive to the terminal to catch the ferry over to North Stradbroke island - just so easy and convenient for holiday activities. The house was so spacious and everyone had plenty of room to either come together or retreat for quiet time. Would definitely consider this house or Raby Bay as an accomodation location when visiting family in the future.

Breakfast was so fresh and amazing! Room was homey and comfy. The scenery was beautiful and transport, with the ferry to get you to other islands to explore and the Lamb bus to get you around the island. Ant and Oly were so lovely and knowledgeable on what the islands could offer and best ways to get around. I picked this place to relax and reset, and my stay here definitely achieved that. Great value for money, will definitely come back for another stay.
