Amazing place. Wish we had stayed longer. Accommodation was comfortable and peaceful. The place is magical to be so peaceful with nature all around. Jose has done such a fantastic job renovating this place. We would definitely return to stay for longer.

The hotel has a great deal of character but its immediate surroundings are not great for an overnight stay. There is no village community or obvious short walks nearby and the nearest café/bar is a couple of miles away. The room however was attractively furnished and decorated and we appreciated the provision of coffee etc in a common room. The fact that we were there on a Monday ruled out nearly all fish options for supper and the meat dishes that we were offered were, we thought, on the expensive side. With an early start we did not stay for breakfast. The journey to the ferry port was brief and, from that point of view, the hotel is very well-placed.
